Moving to Shrimp

Bring your members with you.

Send us your member list and we'll get it into Shrimp. If your members pay by GoCardless, it's quicker still: their Direct Debits come too.

Already on GoCardless? This is the quick way.

Your members keep the Direct Debits they already have. Shrimp is an official GoCardless partner.

  1. Connect GoCardless
    Connect your GoCardless account from Billing in your admin area.
  2. We match your members
    We match each member to their existing Direct Debit. Anything that doesn't match exactly is flagged for you to check.
  3. Members sign up
    They get an email with their own code. No bank details to enter, and their payments carry on as normal.

Where are you moving from?

  • Club Manager

    Upload your members export under Members → Import. Shrimp sorts adults, children and families, and you review it all before anything is saved.

  • Any other system or a spreadsheet

    Send us your export or spreadsheet. We'll set up the import for you.

  • Starting fresh

    No list to bring? Members find your gym in Shrimp, pick a plan and join. They set up their Direct Debit as they join.
